Returns & Exchange Policy

We take utmost care during quality checks, packing and dispatch. However, in rare cases:

RETURNS

Returns are applicable only if:

  • The product received is damaged , OR

  • The wrong product has been shipped

Such requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery with clear unboxing / opening video proof. Without video proof, return claims cannot be processed.

Once approved, the product must be returned unused, unwashed, with original tags & packaging intact for inspection and verification.

EXCHANGE

An exchange is applicable:

  • Within 3 days of receiving the product

  • Only for a product of the same price value

No refund will be provided under any circumstance.

Exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Used / washed / worn products

  • Size dissatisfaction without prior query

  • Colour perception differences due to device screens
